Headquartered in Calhoun, Georgia, Tapestry Hospice was founded in 2010 by Dr. David Lovell, Stephanie Harbour and Andy Nall, RN who have a combined 40 years of experience in hospice, palliative, chronic care management and senior housing. Together, they lead a dedicated team, who live in your community and proudly stand ready to provide exceptional services, ensuring comfort and support during life’s most challenging moments.

Where do I Begin?
Starting hospice care is a straightforward process that begins with determining eligibility for a life-limiting illness. Once a doctor certifies eligibility, the patient and family are empowered to choose their ideal provider and begin receiving care.

Step 1
A doctor certifies the patient’s eligibility based on a terminal diagnosis with a life expectancy of six months or less.
Step 2
You research and select the hospice provider that best aligns with your family’s specific needs and preferences.
Step 3
A hospice team conducts an admission visit to establish a care plan and coordinate the delivery of medical supplies.
